Transportation

When picking up your cake, it’s extremely important to have a safe flat space to place the cake. Ideally the floor of your front seat, or back of your SUV. And make sure your AC is running.

DO NOT place on a seat or in the trunk of your car - especially on a hot day. And hopefully, it goes without saying, but do not leave your cake in your car while running errands. Ideally, you take it straight home.

Storing Cake

Once you get the cake home, be sure to place it back in the fridge until party time. This helps ensure nothing happens to the cake and keeps it fresh until time to serve to your guests. We recommend setting it out 30 min-1 hour before you plan to eat.

DO NOT set your cakes outside - especially during the summer heat. Only a few minutes in the sun is enough to melt them.

Cutting Cake

Since all cakes are 3 layers, we recommend cutting in a grid pattern rather than traditional triangle slices. These slices end up being 1x2” slices and plenty of cake to eat!
